As
in all of France, there are many fine restaurants in
the Limousin region. The area is special, however, for
the world renowned Limousin cattle, and, as you would
expect, many restaraurants and ferme d'auberge specialise
in beef dishes. Below is a small selection of those
we have either visited or have been recommended to us
- they are all within thirty minutes drive of Les Hirondelles.
